Biopan Return Policy
1. Return period:
- Customers can return products within 14 days from the date of purchase or receipt of the product.
2. Return conditions:
- The product must be in its original condition and unused.
- The original packaging must be complete and all attachments (such as manuals or brochures) must be attached.
- In the event of manufacturing defects, the product can be returned even after 14 days provided that proof of the defect is provided.
3. Return of products in the event of defects or malfunctions:
- If the heater has a manufacturing defect or a malfunction, it is returned or replaced according to the customer’s choice.
- In the event of defects, the store bears the shipping cost of returning the product.
4. Return of unused products:
- In the event that the customer is not satisfied with the product, it can be returned provided that it is unused and unopened.
- The customer must pay the shipping cost to return the product.
